Deep Cleaning
Our Les Spring Cleaning is AKA Deep Cleaning. This is the most thorough clean we do, we recommend it is done twice a year (right after spring pollen season first of May) and (right after fall pollen season first late November, early December) to keep your home sanitized and the value on par with marketplace.
It also, keeps the office and home environment sanitized from cold and flu viruses. We go above and beyond the average cleaning services and wipe down walls where needed (if proper paint is permissible) as well as clean light switches where needed, because we recognize that folks are always touching these surfaces and germs can lay dormant in these places increasing chances of viruses, such as the coronavirus and other colds and flu to spread.

- Sanitize counters and cabinets top to bottom
- Clean oven
- Clean inside of refrigerator and wipe all sides and top
- Wipe off fronts and tops of appliances

- Fluff and neatly arrange throw pillows

Thru-out Office
- All floors vacuumed and mopped
- Hardwood floors are swept and mopped
- Baseboards are swept off
- Trash is emptied
- Blinds dusted
- Glass doors cleaned inside and out
- Door knobs are wiped down
- Printer tops are wiped down
- Conference room tables are wiped down and other hard surfaces including phones and/or speakers
Offices
- Sanitize all desks including telephones
- Wipe down key boards and underneath
- Wipe underneath monitors
- Wipe down office chairs

- Empty trash cans and replace trash bags
- Sanitize bottom of desk and chairs
